Bids will be accepted only from Bidders attending the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. If a Bid is submitted by a Bidder having not attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, it will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

The work consists of development of Rassekh Park related to grading and addition of an artificial turf athletic field, playground, restrooms, pathways, picnic shelter, maintenance building, parking lot, and public street improvements. Project Substantial Completion shall be 240 days from Notice to Proceed and Project Final Completion shall be 15 days from Substantial Completion. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
