This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Direct Digital Control (DDC) System Support Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Services for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System for the California Correctional Center (CCC). The Contractor will be compensated for services in accordance with the Service Rates Specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, permits, licenses and every other item of expense necessary to perform the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Correctional Center (CCC) located at 711-045 Center Road, Susanville, CA 96130. Term is through 6/30/24. DBE incentives. Questions due 11/10/21.
