The Contractor shall provide to the CDFW, cleanup/waste removal services of an approximately 5,000 sq ft prefabricated metal building that was previously leased to a private worm farm operation. The site will need to be cleared of all waste, debris, cleaned and disinfected to a degree that provides a suitable working environment for the health and safety of CDFW employees. Term is through 6/30/24. DBE incentives. Questions due 10/25/21.
