This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Hot Tap Services. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the Service Rates specified on the Public Works Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, equipment, delivery of equipment, materials, supplies, permits, licenses, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward labor Program (IWL), San Quentin State Prison (SQ), located at 100 Main St., San Quentin, CA 94964. Term is through 12/31/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
