Harris County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the reconstruction and improvements at Kowis Street from Royal Pine Drive to James Driver Park for Precinct 2. In general, work involves roadway, drainage, landscaping & utility improvements. The reconstructed and enhanced road is intended to serve as an “all access” gateway corridor to the recently enhanced James Driver Park in the East Aldine Area of Precinct 2. An “all access” gateway corridor provides mobility for vehicles, bicycles, pedestrians, and disabled people. Questions are due no later than 12:00 PM on Nov 9th.
