Non-Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 2:00 P.M., EST at the Clayton County Courthouse, 121 S McDonough Street, Annex 3, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the County has implemented the following procedures for site visits: Temperature screenings will be conducted for all representatives attending site visits. If the temperature is over 100.4 F, the individual will not be permitted to access our building.
The Contractor shall provide Refurbishment & Remodeling of the Annex 3 Elevator services as specified in this Contract and Attachment A, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. This project does not have a SLBE subcontracting goal. However, Clayton County encourages Bidder to utilize small, minority or woman-owned businesses whenever possible. Insurance requirements. Questions due 10/22/21 at 3pm.
