Piney Ridge Elementary School, 6315 Freedom Ave. Sykesville, MD 21784. Bidders shall report to and sign in at the school’s office. For social distancing measures, we are limiting attendance to two (2) persons per prime bidding firm.
The Board of Education of Carroll County will receive bids for the Relocation of One Portable Classroom Building from Piney Ridge Elementary School to Elmer Wolfe Elementary School. Work shall include installing new transformer, sewage ejector pit, foundations, moving and setting the building from and to the indicated location, installing associated ramps, landings, skirting, platforms and steps, making all utility installations and connections and performing all renovations as indicated by the drawings and specifications. A typical foundation layout for the type of building being moved is included in the bid documents. The foundations and ramps at the departing sites shall be removed and the site restored to the previous conditions. Bonds required.
