Trades: General Contractor GC, Plumbing Contractor: may include Camera Inspections, Electrical Contractor - Including Lighting and Possible High Voltage, Fire Alarm Protection & Suppression Contractor, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning HVAC Contractor and Controls, Painting & Decorating: Including Interior Coatings, Wallpaper & Wall Coverings; Pressure Washing Prep for Exterior Paint, Ceiling Grid Systems, Ceiling Tile and Panel Systems Contractor, Floor Covering and Flooring, Including Carpet, Marble, Tile, Ceramic

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation and expertise in order to accomplish the Remodel of the Bisbee Douglas International Airport Terminal Building located at 6940 BDI Blvd., Douglas, AZ 85608 to the satisfaction of the County. The Contractor shall complete the following tasks: Remove and replace exterior windows as specified in architectural plans, Prep exterior surface for application of stucco material in accordance with architectural design plans, Demolition, removal, and disposal of walls, existing electrical, existing plumbing, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and other structures depicted in architectural plans of the existing conditions, Erect new walls that are depicted in the architectural plans, Install new plumping (domestic water and sewer), Install a new electrical service entrance panel, install all new wiring, junction boxes, outlet boxes, plugs, switches, light fixtures, sub-panels, data junction boxes and data outlets in accordance with architectural plans. Data drop boxes must have conduit up to the top of the ceiling grid, Install a fire suppression sprinkler system and tie it into a fire alarm system with smoke detectors, Hang 5/8” sheetrock, or as specified in architectural plans. Tape and texture walls (texture is hawk & trowel finish look), Make necessary modifications to HVAC supply ducts and returns, to ensure new rooms have adequate air flow and return, Prep and mask off walls for painting. Primer new walls and paint the complete interior of the building using Dunn Edwards Suprema eggshell finish paint. The walls will be painted in “miner’s dust” color, while door frames will be painted in Dunn Edwards Suprema eggshell enamel finish (color = Draw Your Sword), Install ceiling grid and ceiling tiles in accordance with architectural plans, Install flooring – consult with owner to determine color, design and pattern, Install plumbing fixtures – toilets, lavatories, sinks, faucets, etc, Install finishing touches to electrical items, Cochise County I.T. staff will feed and wire data boxes, and  Clean work area prior to departure; to include dusting and vacuuming.
