Convert a portion of a lab into an all-gender accessible toilet room, to be accessed from a corridor. The overall project goal is to install a fully ADA compliant single occupant toilet room approximately 76.8 square feet. Remove a portion of the interior wall at the foyer to add an entrance into the new bathroom. Add a wall to separate the lab and bathroom and provide a chase wall for the restroom plumbing to connect to existing in basement. Provide all new ADA compliant bathroom utilities and a changing table, then install finishes. Tap existing supply and return air from lab to new restroom. Reconfigure ceiling and lights and provide outlets. Core concrete for plumbing to continue into the basement. Work at the site shall not start prior to receipt of the Owner’s written Notice to Proceed and be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from that date. Bonds required.
