Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division for work required to renovate the Pace Building. A 5% Bid Bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for bid to be read or considered. A Contract Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder.
