The City of Jacksonville’s Community Development Division is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified general contractors or firms who are experienced and licensed by the State of North Carolina to renovate two single family homes located at 444 & 446 Myrtlewood Circle. Each home must be renovated to meet all requirements of the North Carolina Building Code. The work is to include a description all supplies, builder’s grade materials and fixtures and be of such quality as to be marketable for sale to households that meet income guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
