New Work: Includes, but is not limited to: Reconstruction of rear deck, new cmu piers w/ conc. footings, new stairs, new ramps, Installation of new doors and new windows, Full Roof Replacement: New Shingle Roof Installation, Crawl space structural reinforcement, (new cmu piers w/ conc. footings), Construction of new Bike Shed, Exterior finishes, (new Lap Siding, Painting of existing. fascia, siding), Greenhouse Floor Repairs & Vestibule Floor Repairs, New Gutters and Downspouts, and New Exterior Light Fixtures and all work as indicated on the contract documents to provide a complete finish work. Deadline for questions is June 3, 2022. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
