Inland Empire Utilities Agency has determined that all bidders for the construction of the Philadelphia Force Main Improvements , Project No 23002 must be prequalified. It is mandatory that all contractors who intend to submit a bid, must use its own forces to perform no less than 25% of the total contract value, fully complete the prequalification questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by IEUA to be on the final qualified Bidder’s List. No bid will be accepted from a contractor that has failed to comply with these requirements. Contractors who submit a complete prequalification package will be notified electronically by the Engineering and Construction Management Department, of their qualification status on or before June 1, 2021. The list of pre-qualified contractors will be valid for 18 months from the date a determination is made.
