The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies seeking to provide testing of residential and commercial back flow prevention devices (BFPD). OUC has approximately 10,000 residential and 12,000 commercial backflow devices connected in our water distribution system. Currently OUC is administering an annual testing program to both residential and elective commercial customers. The primary focus of the requested services will be for annual testing of residential BFPD and select commercial BFPD.This project encourages M/WBE participation.
