The Town of Rowley is seeking bids for the restoration of the historic Monson slate roof on the Rowley Town Hall Annex, located at 39 Central Street, Rowley, MA 01969. The contractor must agree to commence work on or before 7 business days following receipt of a written "Notice to Proceed" from the town. The term of the agreement will be for 12 weeks. Deadline for questions is January 18, 2022 at 4:00pm. 

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
