This Scope of Services is for Citrus County Road Forest Ridge Blvd. from 200’ south of W. Lk. Beverly Dr. to CR491 (at the asphalt mat change shown on Exhibit A); approximately 1.9 miles per lane. The Project will consist of milling (anticipated to be an average depth of 1.25”) to expose the base, then resurfacing with an asphalt finish course 1.5” thick (the spread rate shall be 165 lb. per sq. yd. +/- 5%) being FC-12.5 with PG 76-22 polymer binder - Traffic Level C pursuant to the current FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, July 2020. Work includes, but is not limited to paving of mainline, median openings, temporary and permanent pavement markings, installing new R.P.Ms, sodding, and other items as specified in this Scope of Services.
