Opportunity Home San Antonio and its affiliated entities d/b/a Opportunity Home hereby invites qualified independent Contractors to submit bids for the for the resurfacing of sinks, bathtubs, showers, and countertops in the various Opportunity Home and its affiliate properties in San Antonio, TX. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Mar 23rd. There is a 30% goal for hiring Section 3 residents on any contract resulting from this IFB, a subcontracting goal of 10% for Section 3 Businesses for construction contracts, and a subcontracting goal of 3% with Section 3 Businesses for non-construction contracts. SWMBE Plan required. Firm fixed contract with the option to extend for up to four additional one (1) year periods at the sole discretion of Opportunity Home. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
