Consigli Construction Company is the construction manager at risk for the project.This project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted. Bidders Must be prequalified. for Masonry, Misc Metals, Waterproofing, Dempproofing & Caulking, Roofing, Metal Windows, Glass & Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. Non-Prequalified trade bidders: Resilient Flooring, Elevators. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
