A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference call will be hosted by the City and Design Consultant at 1 p.m. on May 26, 2020. Information will be collected from prospective Proposers by 5 p.m. on May 22, 2020 for participation in this conference call, and Proposers will then receive a calendar invite. Questions regarding the procurement process will be accepted up to 5 p.m. on May 29, 2020 and will be posted on the procurement website.
Seeking CM/GC services for construction at two existing pump station sites. These sites include: 1) the Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) No. 5 and Sorrento Pump Station (PS) Improvements Project (CIP 4021D) and 2) the Sexton Mountain Pump Station (SMPS) Upgrade (CIP 4078C). The Project is partially funded through federal funds under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) and the Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund (SDWRLF) and must comply with federal requirements and documentation.
