An optional virtual pre-submittal video site walk-through will be made available on the City’s website on June 9, 2020. Proposers are encouraged to watch the walk-through video and to submit questions. Contractors planning to review the video walk-through and attend the Q&A meeting are asked to RSVP to Heather Herauf hherauf@bendoregon. gov no later than close of business on June 8, 2020.
City and is requesting proposals for a contractor to plan and install new conference room equipment, and provide lifecycle and on-going maintenance of existing and new conference room equipment. The selected Contractor will be responsible for the overall system design including all components, hardware, cables, terminations, connectors and any other parts needed to make the new systems complete and functional system.
