A detailed description of the Project is set forth in the Project Criteria attached hereto as Attachment 2. The Student Services Building (64,334 ASF) will bring student-centered support space into a welcoming facility at the front of the campus. The new “one-stop” center will replace offices that are currently distributed among various widely separated buildings, simplifying wayfinding and access for students and collaboration and sharing of resources for staff. This facility will also provide modern space to replace aged assembly spaces, laboratories, and offices in the existing Liberal Arts Building, which has outlived its usefulness. The building will house the expansion of learning resources, tutoring centers, instructional media, study space, and open computer labs. This facility will also provide space to expand the College’s Professional Development Center and faculty collaboration space. The project scope also includes demolition of the existing Liberal Arts Building. Questions deadline in writing to Sherri Griffin is 5/26/22 by 2:00 pm. Bonds required.
