Roswell Park is seeking competitive bids for the modernization of (2) elevators located in the Main Hospital. Bidder's will provide all material and labor for a comprehensive and fully-functioning modernization of existing Main Hospital Service Elevators 4 and 5, traction elevators in a high-rise building. The elevators serve a multi-story hospital whose services will remain uninterrupted during the course of this project. The modernization project shall begin with Elevator 5 which includes the addition of two elevator stops with openings on the Hospital’s 4th and 9th floors. Bond required. Please refer to documents for wage rate. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
