RFP OpenPath Access Control System Installation for Police Department, Los Altos CA

The City of Los Altos is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers to install, configure and integrate OpenPath Access Control System with multiple doors and entrance gates for Police Department. Currently there are a small number of gate or doors controlled by a keypad or remote controller. This project includes installation of ACUs (access controller units), door readers, required cabling, necessary door hardware addition or modification, integrating with existing door opening mechanism, testing, and integrating Police Department building ACS as a sub-account. Qualified service provider or installer must be an authorized OpenPath reseller, and all who will work on-site require up-to-date LiveScan fingerprinting and follow all COVID-19 health and safety protocols.  The City’s goal is to have the OpenPath ACS operational for Police Department building before January 31, 2022.  Insurance required.
