The City of Salem, hereinafter referred to as “City”, is seeking proposals for a landscape contractor to provide two (2) landscape maintenance crews, year-round for 40 hours per week, with the option for an additional third crew to be scheduled on an as-needed basis. Each crew must be comprised with a minimum of four (4) indviduals per crew. Successful proposer hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” must provide a minimum of one (1) licensed pesticide applicator in addition to, or as part of the crews, to apply pesticides. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
