The City’s Environmental Utilities Department (EU) is seeking proposals for the riparian restoration required as part of the City’s Well 12 Backwash Outfall Project. The restoration site consists of approximately 0.45 acres located north of Blue Oaks Boulevard and west of Crocker Ranch Road in the northwest portion of the City of Roseville, Placer County, California. This restoration project includes design and installation of plantings, hydroseed and an irrigation system, irrigation system operations, site maintenance, and qualitative monitoring for three (3) years. The RFP also includes an optional task for adaptive management implementation.
