The City’s capital improvement program includes several building renovation and maintenance projects that the City anticipates may contain Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and Lead. Prior to, and possibly during construction activities, the City will require any detected ACM and/or lead to be abated. The City will obtain the services of an abatement monitor firm independent of these abatement services. Consultants may be called to service at short notice. Questions due 9/16/22. Term is 5 years.
