The scope of work includes engineering services required for (but it is not limited to) in-depth structural inspection, and repair design. This includes, but is not limited to, taking geotechnical samples, conducting in-depth structural inspection (above and below water), and preparing construction documents (e.g., drawings and technical specifications). The scope includes construction sequencing to mitigate operational interruptions, and as a result it is expected that the consultant has experience with construction sequencing of its design.The scope of work also includes, but not limited to proposal and construction phase services in support of pre-proposal, pre-construction, and other meetings; review of submittals and shop drawings; responses to Requests for Information (RFI); assistance with change orders; and documentation of as-built archives. The following elements are specifically excluded from this scope: mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, including pipes, pipe supports, electrical conduit, conduit supports, and any concrete-framed and/or steel-framed sheds, and crane rails.
