Bonds & prevailing wages apply. LBE. This is an informal solicitation for pump replacement work at the Palace of Fine Arts in SF, CA A. Item 1: Demolish all existing equipment upstream of the buried gate valve, including the buried gate valve. B. New system will match existing layout, pipe and fitting size, and valving type. C. Furnish and install a complete operational wastewater system to replace existing, including all appurtenances. All items will match existing pressure classification (Class 125). System shall include, but is not limited, to the following items: 1. Furnish and install two (2) Flygt N3085 submersible non-clog wastewater pumps or approved equal (See Attachment 2 for Pump Specifications) on rails at Outdoor Pump Station location (See Attachment 1 for location). 2. Furnish and install Duplex Control Panel with manual disconnect (See Attachment 2 for Specifications). 3. Furnish and install ductile iron gate valve and check valve. Manufacturer shall be DeZURIK Flygt, or approved equal. 4. Locate and replace buried gate valve.5. Furnish and install new ductile iron pipe, flanges and fittings. Item 2: A. Furnish and install a complete operational wastewater system to replace existing, including all appurtenances. All items will match existing pressure classification (Class 125). System shall include, but is not limited, to the following items: 1. Furnish and install two (2) Flygt N3069 submersible non-clog wastewater pumps or approved equal (See Attachment 2 for Pump Specifications) on rails at the Backstage Pump Station location (See Attachment 1 for location). 2. Furnish and install Duplex Control Panel with manual disconnect (See Attachment 2 for Specifications). 3. Furnish and install new ductile iron gate valve and check valve. Manufacturer shall be DeZURIK, Flygt, or approved equal. 4. Furnish and install new ductile iron pipe, flanges, and fittings.
