The contractor shall steam clean, and power wash all sidewalks following the site map along the East and West sides of Mill Avenue between University Drive and Rio Salado Parkway and other city locations to include parks, buildings, infrastructure, and pathways. Areas shall be free of all debris, dirt, grime, and spills. Debris shall be sprayed into the street prior to 5:00am for a street sweeper to remove. Addendum 1=A copy of the site map for power washing services for Mill Avenue is included in this addendum as Exhibit A. Services to include the following (as outlined in Exhibit A in red): • East side heading north – from University Dr to Rio Salado Pkwy including the front of the city of Tempe Human Resources building (20 E. 6th St, Tempe, AZ 85281) • West side heading south – from Rio Salado Pkwy to 2nd St. and from 3rd St. to 6th St.
