Ongoing Invite: The Leander Independent School District (“LISD” or the “District”) wishes to establish a pool of professional service providers to support requirements for various professional services necessary for maintenance, repairs, remediations, renovations, additions, alterations, and minor construction projects. It is the District’s policy to select firms providing professional services, in connection with the District’s minor construction and major maintenance projects, based on demonstrated competence and the professional qualification necessary for the satisfactory performance at a fair and reasonable fee amount. LISD reserves the right at any time to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications. As proposals are received, the District will open, evaluate, and determine responsiveness to the RFQ requirements. This process will continue until the solicitation closing date. The District reserves the right to close the RFQ before the advertised closing date if it is determined an adequate number of firms have been added to the pool.
