The General Contractor (GC), will perform and provide all material and labor to facilitate the Water Treatment Plant Raw Water Screening Facilities project. The project consists of the construction of a new raw water screening facility and replacement of existing equipment at the Richmond Water Treatment Plant, as shown on the Plans and Specifications. Questions due September 7, 2022 by 4:00 p.m. Work to be completed within 960 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed. SBE goal 15%. Bonds required.
