This project will consist the clearing of trees, shrubs, etc. to facilitate utility relocation efforts by the Utility Companies. No grubbing will be required and trees, stumps, roots, etc. will be cut off to within 6” of the ground surface. Survey and stakeout of the easement/ROW lines will be performed in advance of construction (not in contract). Also, the exact location of the clearing will be determined in the field prior to the start of construction. The approximate clearing limits are shown on the attached plans. For bidding purposes assume 0.20 acres will be required to be cleared. Silt fence should be provided as required and as ordered by Engineer during clearing operations. Bonds
