This RFQ/RFP is being issued for complete design servicesand pre construction engineerin and construction support services. for the Road 210 Bridge Replacement Project at Ryan Creek. The existing bridge is listed as structurally deficient on the latest Bridge Inspection Report (BIR) from Caltrans Structure Maintenance and Investigation division. The existing bridge has multiple exterior timber girders that have excessive decay which has compromised their structural capacity. Traffic has been diverted off the right exterior girders since 2014. The existing bridge is located just west of the unincorporated community of Hildreth, approximately 3 miles east of the town of O’Neals. Road 210 serves as access to County Road 211 and County Road 200 for residents of the southeastern Sierra Nevada foothills of Madera County. Road 210 is a County local rural road with a speed limit of 35 mph This project is a Highway Bridge Program project and subject to federal and state guidelines. Q&A due by 01/13/21 at 3PM
