The County of Mercer requests bids for Road Materials for use by the County of Mercer and the Mercer County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. The contract shall be for a period of one year with an option to extend one year. The Road Department has estimated that they will require the following materials; however, the following are estimates based upon projections over the next year and the County may require more or less. Bidders shall provide the cost per ton for Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt materials and CrackMaster, or equivalent, Hot Pour Crack Sealant for delivery to the job site and FOB Plant(s). Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
