The work proposed is located at Robinson Lane Park, owned by the Town of Wappinger, located at 95 Robinson Lane in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York. This contract consists mainly of the following work, as shown on the plans: Removal of the existing fences as denoted in the included plan set. Furnish and install new fencing and gates as specified in the included plan set. Final cleanup and disposal of demolition debris. See alternates #1-4 for potential additional scopes of work. The work shall be substantially completed within 180 calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Base Bid includes a $5,000 general contingency allowance (in the contract), for incidental work that may be encountered. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
