Renovations of the park will provide new trail connections, improved vehicular paths, parking and drainage, and accommodate outdoor events and festivals. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following and work as indicated in the project drawings, manual, and specifications: a) Selective demolition of sidewalks, pavement, vegetation, structures and other features noted on the plans; b) Grading, fill, tree protection fencing and temporary sediment and erosion control measures; c) Vehicular and pedestrian asphalt paving; d) Drainage structures and SCMs; e) Landscaping and site amenities; f) New electrical service and lighting; g) CIP bridge abutments with railings; h) Prefabricated steel and concrete bridge; i) Concrete paving and walls; j) Alternate 1: Extension of water utilities and fixtures to the site k) Alternate 2: Electrical service to RV Pedestal Boxes. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
