The scope of work includes removing and disposal of existing built-up roofing system, cant strips, and roof insulation down to the existing metal decking. Remove five existing skylights, all existing metal fascia, gutters and downspouts. Verify height of existing roof top A/C unit curb to ensure proper height requirements by manufacturer. Install new roof decking at existing skylight openings, flat board polyisocyanurate insulation, tapered polyisocyanurate insulation system (1/8" / 1'-0") as indicated in drawings, 1/2" high density cover board, and new 60 mil. TPO, class "A" fire rated, fully adhered. FM-I90 single-ply roofing system, system accessories, install all new pre-finished metal fascia, gutters and downspouts, provide a new pre-cast concrete splash block under each downspout. If the project estimate and/or contractor's estimate is greater than or equal to $100,000, the use of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) is mandated and a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is required and must be submitted with proposal package. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
