Remove existing ridge cap tile at mansard roofs. Install high heat resistant, self-adhered membrane. Install factory fabricated metal coping cap, (coping cap will need to be fabricated per site dimensions with pre-finished Kynar steel, replace ALL broken, missing, damaged tile throughout entire tile roofs, remove existing roofing material, around (20) roof drains, remove existing drain ring clamps and bolts and replace with new drain ring bolts at all locations, tie-in new roofing material to existing roofing material per manufacturers specifications and other work as shown on the drawings, specified, or as required for a complete project. 44 calendar days duration. Bonds required.
