This project will consist of performing preventive maintenance on newly-annexed streets within the Roseland area of Santa Rosa. Maintenance activities will be performed on residential, collector and arterial streets and will include crack sealing, localized asphalt repairs, and pavement resurfacing. As part of the Roseland Annexation agreement, the County would provide $6.2M over a 10-year period to the City to make roadway improvements. This project is the second phase of pavement maintenance in Roseland as a result of the funding provided by Sonoma County. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
