Trades: Electrical Signs & Signage Contractor: Exterior Advertising or Wayfinding
The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract with one (1) qualified contractor to furnish and install one Roadway at Riverside Regional Jail Authority (RRJA). Scope of Work Seeking turn key replacement of the roadway sign located at the corner of River Rd and FOLAR Trail in Prince George County. The successful bidder will be responsible for the demolition and disposal of the existing sign and providing a replacement two-sided monument style sign to include a concrete pad, lighting and brick and mortar attributes. Approximate above ground dimensions will be 12’ long, 2’ wide and 7’ tall. The contractor agrees to begin the work no later than 10 calendar days after the notice to proceed. Questions due no later than 10:00 a.m., EST, October 12, 2022.
