Modifications of existing air handling units (AHU)s in the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center hospital building. Work includes providing reheat coils, desaturation coils, chilled water recirculation pumps and associated piping and electrical work. The project scope also includes providing new variable speed drives for existing exhaust fans. The AHUs and exhaust fans are located on the third, roof and penthouse levels of the hospital building. California State General Prevailing Wage Determination: The California State General Prevailing Wage Determination for this Project is 2020-1. Bidder is required to refer to the California Department of Industrial Relations website (http://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/DPreWageDetermination.htm) and confirm the correct Prevailing Wage Determination for this Project.
