The scope of project shall consist of the design and construction of one (1) pre-engineered metal building hangar and all necessary utilities, drainage, paving, and related site work for the Santa Rosa County at the Peter Prince Airport. The single pre-engineered metal building shall consist of a hangar, parts storage, janitor closet, male/female toilets, breakroom, electrical / communications room and a common egress corridor. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
