The work consists of, but not limited to, the construction of San Luis Senior Center Expansion Project IFB CDBG 105-20 located at 970 E. Cesar Boulevard, San Luis, AZ 85349 more specifically the following: construction of a 2,419 SF addition to the existing senior center facility. Addition amenities comprise a multi-purpose room area with operable partition, restroom facilities, data and janitor storage. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, water, light, power, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and incidental, but not limited to, dust and traffic control measures, and to perform all work involved in executing the Work in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner within the specified time. 150 days
