This Request for Proposal (RFP) provides firms with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for a contract to provide an experienced Design/Builder (D/B) with demonstrable expertise for the services more fully described in the attached to be part of an Integrated Portfolio Management Team (IPMT) for the delivery of reconductoring two (2) existing 115kV transmission lines for Colorado Springs Utilities. All requests for clarification or additional information must be submitted to the designated liaison above no later than 04/29/2021 @ 3:00 p.m. Bonds required.
