The purpose of this bid is to solicit licensed general/site contractors to submit bids for construction of the Shepard Park Boat Parking Improvements Project. The project consists of the milling & overlaying of existing pavement, site grading, construction of pervious concrete, installation of turf block parking spaces and site landscaping improvements at Shepard Park, which is located on SW Ocean Blvd in the City of Stuart, Florida. Work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work as specified and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
