The Scope of Services, together with the Technical Specifications and the Drawings/Sketches, cover the construction/reconstruction of sidewalks and performance of related incidental and specialty work for ADA compliant Sidewalk Construction/Rehabilitation Program for the Public Works Department of the City of Tallahassee, Florida.Individual assignments will be determined consistent with the identified needs and/or deficiencies. Contractor shall provide all material, supplies, labor, services, supervision, tools, plant, apparatus, conveyances, construction equipment, temporary buildings, trench safety equipment, transportation, and incidental expense for accomplishing the Services covered by this Contract, except the materials and services specifically named herein to be provided by the City.It is the intention of the Contract to provide materials, installation, testing, startup assistance and performance of related work for the projects described herein and the Contractor shall, without additional compensation therefore, coordinate and join together all the various subdivisions of the work and produce a complete, operable facility. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
