A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for all bidders is tentatively scheduled for 2 PM PST on September 8, 2022 at 500 West Hospital Road, French Camp, CA 95231, Conference Room 2. Bids will not be accepted from any Prime/General Contractor not attending the Pre-Bid Conference.

Summary of work: Construction of new Inpatient Pharmacy at San Joaquin General Hospital that complies with the Board of Pharmacy requirements outlined in USP 797 and 800. The new 3,966 SF Pharmacy will be constructed in the basement storage space in the 1996 Main Hospital. The new Pharmacy will accommodate both hazardous and non-hazardous compounding rooms with associated ante rooms. Breakout space with associated work areas, shelving, storage, two offices, staff break room, all-gender restrooms and other related support spaces will also be provided. Scope also includes, but is not limited, structural anchorage of equipment, pneumatic tube extension, electrical, plumbing and HVAC including a new exhaust fan on the roof. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
