Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Gainesville AHQ – Superintendent & Timekeeper’s Office HVAC Installation (501-B2501-003) at 14831 Lee Hwy, Gainesville, VA 20155. The project is generally described as the removal of existing packaged terminal air conditioning (PTAC) units and baseboard heating units and the installation of an electric ducted HVAC system and an insulated attic access ladder. The work includes but is not limited to structural, mechanical, electrical and other work as indicated in the contract documents. This solicitation is a set-aside for DSBSD-certified small/micro business participation only. Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be 200 consecutive calendar days from the date of commencement of the Work as specified in the Notice to Proceed. Questions due 6 days prior to bid date. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
