Bonds & prevailing wages apply. The work under this Contract will be broken into a base bid and additive bid items. The base-bid for work under this Contract will include construction of two ground level polyethene reservoirs, pump station, generator, site piping, and pump station building, including all site work and utility coordination. The project also contains electrical and controls improvements. Additive bid items will include replacement of two well pumps, water treatment system, and demolition of existing facilities 150 days.
