This is a Request for Quotation in the matter of soliciting pricing for the provision of equipment and personnel for Snow Removal at two NYRA locations, Aqueduct Racetrack in S. Ozone Park, NY 11420 and Belmont Park Racetrack in Elmont, NY 11003. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of snow and ice from all designated parking fields, lawn areas, and around all perimeter gates. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials. Contractor shall coordinate execution of the contract services with the Facilities Managers Office and will be responsible to notify the Facilities Manager upon prior to entering the premises to perform services and upon leaving the premises at the conclusion of performing services. Facility Manager shall determine the appropriate notification method. Contractor shall maintain accurate records and accounts of the services rendered and submit all invoices with supported copies of approved time records by the Facility Manager or NYRA Facility Supervisor. Contractor shall leave equipment on site. Deadline for questions is October 6, 2022 by 5:00pm. Prevailing wages.
